1. How do I stop or cancel a rail warrant?

Warrants cannot be stopped if lost or stolen and therefore it is extremely important that all warrant books are kept securely.  Account holders are liable for all tickets and services given in exchange of warrants, whether or not they have been signed and/or presented with her/his authority.

2. Do I need to advise Rail Delivery Group of a change to an authorised signatory on the account?

No, there is no requirement to advise Rail Delivery Group of any changes to authorised users for your account.

Authorised users are for your organisation’s internal purposes only as a central record of account signatories is not held at Rail Delivery Group.

Warrants cannot be 'stopped' or ‘cancelled’ and therefore it is important that warrant books are kept secure as your organisation is liable for all warrants exchanged.
