How to apply

If you would like to apply for an account then please contact any of the Business Travel Service offices from the list below. The Business Travel Service office staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have including confirmation of their office opening hours, ticket collection procedure and booking procedure.
 
They will then send you an application form for you to complete and return to them. 
Alternatively, you can print the application form you require as below and then send your completed form to the Business Travel Service office you wish to open your account with.

New applications are then authorised by ATOC and once opened, your day to day contact will be with your Business Travel Service office, however all invoices are issued on behalf of the Business Travel Service office by the Rail Warrant Service.
